Brian Peed
Brian Peed is the CEO/Founder of Floor Boys Flooring Professionals. He is also the owner of Floors Boys of Lexington, Floor Boys of Greenville and Floor Boys – Mobile Sales. Brian is also the co-owner of Floor Boys of White Knoll and Floor Boys of Florence.
Brian has 25 years of retail flooring experience. His passion is to bring professionalism to the retail flooring industry through the constant pursuit of knowledge & innovation in flooring products, and out -of -the box thinking.
15 years ago, Brian and his brother-in-law Bart Taylor started a flooring installation company. This is where the name “Flooring Professionals” originated from. This name differentiated us from other installation companies.
It was never Brian’s goal to be the largest retail flooring store in the Midlands of South Carolina, but it was his intent to be the most professional. He believes by striving to offer the highest quality service and hiring only the best professionals, the rest will fall into place.
Brian is the proud husband of the most spectacular woman in the world, his career partner and his wife Megan B. Peed. They have 4 beautiful daughters, Ashton, Olivia, Gabby and Anna Grace. With these 5 women in his life, this gives him the drive to continue to pursue excellence in the retail flooring sales business.
Megan Peed
As if being Brian’s boss is not enough, Megan is the Marketing Director for Floor Boys. She promotes Floor Boys Flooring Professionals in the most professional and innovative ways possible. She is constantly focused on new visions in marketing, especially on a local level. It is her passion to help convey the importance for customers to “shop local”, not only to support their communities but to receive the high quality of service they deserve. Megan and the Floor Boys family strive to portray this in the community whether it is through social media, sporting events or church activities. If it’s a local social event it’s very possible Megan is involved in it at some level.
Megan is the wife of Brian Peed and the mother of 4 beautiful daughters. She lives a super busy life between family and business. Megan enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends on Lake Murray or Murrell’s Inlet.
Andy Price
Andy is a sales representative for Floorboys. He has been in the flooring industry for 15 years. Andy enjoys interacting with customers to help them find the best flooring to meet their needs. Andy is a father of three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, grilling, and being out on the lake.
Robby Young
Robby is in sales for the builder/commercial division of Floor Boys. He has been in the flooring industry for 20 years. Robby is focused on building lasting business relationships with his clients. He and his wife Alice have one son and recently became grandparents to a beautiful little girl. Robby enjoys golfing, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
Sallie Richardson
Sallie is the customer service representative for Floorboys and has been in the flooring business for a year. Sallie is the mother of three children and recently became a grandmother. Sallie enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, and any type of arts and crafts.
Kim Smith
Kim has been in the flooring business since 2001, with experience in interior design. Kim is passionate about helping her customers find their dream flooring. Kim is married with two children and 3 grandchildren. Kim enjoys spending time with her family, watching the Gamecocks and visiting Edisto Beach.
Dean Hutto
Dean is the general manager of Floorboys and has been in the flooring business for almost 40 years. Dean is passionate about helping his customers with all their flooring needs and offering his knowledge to his customers. Dean is married and has two children. Dean likes spending time with friends and family, hiking, and trying new restaurants.
Ashton Dilley
Ashton is the manager of Floorboys Greenville and is new to the flooring business. Ashton is passionate about building new relationships with her customers. Ashton has an aussie-doodle puppy named Millie. Ashton enjoys exercising and spending time with friends and family.

Chris Gardner
Chris is a sales representative for Floorboys and has been in the flooring business for many years. Chris enjoys spending quality time with his clients and helping them find their dream flooring. Chris is a new father to his son, Wyatt. Chris enjoys spending time with his family and spending time outside.
Keith Barnette
Keith is the sales specialist and customer care for Floorboys. Keith has been in the flooring business for over 25 years and he is passionate about his clients and co-workers. Keith is married with two children and 5 rescue dogs. Keith likes to attend church, golf, and spend time with his family.
Brian Buntin
Brian is the operations manager for Floorboys and has been in the flooring business for most of his life, helping his father install floors back in 1973. Brian enjoys finding a solution for his clients and coworkers. Brian is married with 3 children and enjoys spending time with them and spending time outside.
Jeanine Harrison

Mike Bordwine
Mike is in the builder/commercial division of Floorboys and has been in the flooring business for 3 years. Mike is very service oriented and listens to his customers. Mike is married with 4 children and 10 grandchildren. In Mike’s free time he enjoys home projects, reading, sports and spending time with his family.
Alan Pearce
Greenville
Alan is a Sales Professional at Floor Boys and has been in the flooring business for 5 years, where he got his start in commercial flooring. Mike loves seeing the consumers finished product and their pride, when they see the transformed space. Alan is married to his wife Brie and together they have three spoiled dogs; Wake, Louie, and Costa. They are also expecting their first child in 2022! When you see him around, wish him luck. After work, Alan loves spending time on his boat with friends, working out at the gym, hunting, and playing tennis. Alan received a B.S. in Biology from Erskine College while competing on their men's tennis team.
Van Bowers
Lexington Location
Van joined Floorboys as a Mobile Sales Representative after having a highly successful 33 year career as a school and district administrator. Van utilizes the same skills in the flooring business as he did when he was working in schools; listening to customer needs, being patient and always understanding. Van is definitely a people person who will go the extra mile for his customers." I get great satisfaction when customers tell me they love their new floor." Van said. Van has been married for 32 years to his wife Suzanne. They have 3 lovely daughters and a fur-son named Cash. When he's not working, Van loves spending time boating, watching his beloved Clemson Tigers and Atlanta Braves, and making music with his band The Duovers.
